Getting Started

Your First session:

Will consist of your assessment and it is a great way to meet to get to know each other and discuss your aims and goals.  We will also go over what to expect.

Your Fitness objectives:

This may include some of your goals.  Body fat reduction, weight loss, an increase in strength and stamina, or flexibility and coordination, to tone up, or build muscle for your specific training needs.

Your Lifestyle habits :

Do you live a healthy lifestyle?   It is all about finding a healthy balance between work rest and play.  It’s just as bad for your health to be over active and stressed out as it is to be under active.  Everything in moderation is the key to a successful healthy lifestyle.  We can setup a plan that will help you achieve your goals and a balance for your individual needs.

Your  Fitness Assessment & Evaluation:

The evaluation we will go over any health issues you might have.  Any injuries that may prevent you from doing certain exercises or any physical ailments that you might have.We then will adapt a workout program for you special needs.
